Futbol, the sport of Kings

Ladies and Gentlemen, i am here to speak to you today about the wonderful sport of soccer. or as I like to call it FUTBOL, its true name. It is by far my most favorite sport. The sheer athleticism of the players, the dexterity of ballhandling.. its just awesome. I know that 99.9 percent of the American public could give a rats ass about the sport which I call the sport of Kings.

Why you may ask am I extolling the virtues of futbol? Simple, what I believe to be a great tournament is starting this weekend here in the Dallas area. The World Masters Cup (formerly the Legends Cup) where legendary players still in their prime, come and play in a miniature version of the World Cup to see if they can still hack it out with each other like in the 'old' days. Since I am half Colombian half Mexican, I must root for my two home teams but I am also an American citizen and therefore must root for the good ole USA but, I also love the way Brazil plays so thats a total of 4 teams to root for... what am I to do? Thankfully i have jersey's for each team so I can show my support. Anyway, thats my schpiel on the sport of futbol. Take it for what you will.
